How do I get started with BrandGate?
To get started with BrandGate, register an account on our platform. Depending on whether you are a brand or a distributor, there are different onboarding processes. For brands, this involves setting up your product catalog and inviting distributors. For distributors, it's about connecting with brands and starting to place orders.
Which industries does BrandGate support?
BrandGate supports a variety of industries, including fashion, home goods, food, electronics, and more. Our platform is designed to be flexible and adaptable for different types of products and business models.
For Brands
How do I add products to BrandGate?
You can add products through our user-friendly product manager in the dashboard. You can also import products in bulk via CSV files or by using our API to integrate with your existing ERP or PIM system.
How do I manage orders from distributors?
All orders from distributors appear in your order panel where you can see details, manage status, and communicate with distributors. You can also automate order processing by integrating with your inventory management system or using our automation tools.
How do I get paid for orders?
BrandGate integrates with Stripe to handle payments. When a distributor places an order and pays, the funds are held securely until the order is confirmed and shipped. Then the money is automatically transferred to your account, minus any platform fees.

How do I find brands to collaborate with?
In the distributor panel, you can search and filter among available brands based on industry, product categories, or other criteria. You can send collaboration requests directly via the platform.
How do I place an order?
When you have access to a brand's catalog, you can browse products, add them to your cart, and complete the order. You can also manage different shipping addresses and payment options directly in the system.
What payment options are available?
BrandGate offers several payment options, including credit cards, direct payments, and invoice payments (for approved accounts). All payments are handled securely through our Stripe integration.

What integrations does BrandGate support?
BrandGate integrates with several popular systems, including Fortnox, Visma, WooCommerce, Shopify, and many more. We also have an open API for custom integrations with your existing systems.
How secure is the BrandGate platform?
